Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loans
Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Executives for Personal Loan Sales.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining suitable personal loan options, following up with interested customers, collecting required documents, and converting leads into successful loan applications and disbursals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility, interest rates and EMI options.
- Identify interested and eligible customers.
- Generate Personal Loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers until approval and disbursal.
- Coordinate for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is required; English communication is an added advantage.
- Experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Banking, NBFC, DSA or Telecalling preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Qualification: 10/12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
