Job Description

A telecaller contacts prospective or existing customers by phone to promote products, generate leads, or handle support queries


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls or answer inbound calls from clients.
  • Pitch products or services using clear sales scripts.
  • Answer questions and solve customer problems.
  • Overcome objections and close sales deals.
  • Record customer details and order notes in a CRM database. [1, 2, 3]



Required Skills and Qualifications
