• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build good customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Experience: Relevant experience in Life Insurance / Insurance Sales / Telecalling

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: Salary negotiable based on relevant experience and interview performance

Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the life insurance telecalling/sales team.
• Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Guide team members on customer handling, product explanation, and sales conversion.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and conversion activities.
• Provide regular coaching and support to improve team productivity.
• Track individual and team performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure achievement of business and sales targets.
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
• Maintain proper CRM updates and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or Team Handling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
