Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Convince customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer information and call records in Excel or CRM software.
