Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, and project features.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain interest.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
