Job Description

Hiring: Telecaller & Sales Support Executive

  • Call existing customers and enquire about their bearing requirements.
  • Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Email.
  • Prepare and send quotations.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
  • Update customer details and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
  • Assist in basic digital marketing activities (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook & Canva).
  • Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Telugu / Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support or Sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
