Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining proper follow-up.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and handle basic queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
• Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
