Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Light Engineer to manage lighting setup, programming, operation, and maintenance for live events, corporate shows, weddings, concerts, exhibitions, and stage productions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with event lighting systems, DMX controllers, trussing, and on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and operate professional lighting equipment for events 

Handle stage lighting, moving heads, LED pars, beam lights, follow spots, and effects lighting 

Program lighting consoles such as GrandMA, Avolites, Tiger Touch, or similar controllers 

Coordinate with event production, sound, and stage teams during setup and live shows 

Prepare lighting plots and power distribution plans 

Manage DMX addressing and signal troubleshooting 

Ensure proper rigging and safe installation of lighting fixtures 

Conduct pre-event equipment testing and maintenance 

Support live event execution and cue management during shows 

Handle dismantling and safe transportation of lighting equipment after events 

Maintain inventory and report technical issues immediately 

Required Skills

Knowledge of DMX lighting systems 

Experience with moving lights, LED walls, truss structures, and stage production 

Understanding of power load management and electrical safety 

Ability to troubleshoot lighting and console issues quickly 

Familiarity with live event workflows and tight timelines 

Team coordination and communication skills 

Willingness to travel and work flexible event timings
