*📢 We’re Hiring – Airtel Payment Bank Filed Team Leader (BDE)*


*Job Role* : Team handling and team numbers work will be Daily basis

New Shops Onboarding

QR Code scanner Onboarding

Sound Box Sales

EDC Swiping Machine Sales


✅ Sales/Team Handling experience preferred

✅ Good communication & leadership skills

✅ Basic Kannada communication

✅ Two-wheeler is mandatory


🔹 Job Responsibilities


* Opening Savings Accounts for customers & merchants

* Promoting banking services in the field

* Handling field sales activities

* Managing and guiding the sales team (Team Leader)


*Fixed Salary* up to : 30,000 NTH

*Incentives* up to : 20,000

*Work timings* : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

*Requirements* : 2ndPUC Mandatory | Bike Mandatory
