Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job Portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
