Job Description
The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing all production and operations, ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, employee discipline, and achievement of daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate night shift staff and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are met as per schedule.
- Monitor product quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage attendance, shift allocation, and worker discipline.
- Track raw material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are operated safely and efficiently.
- Maintain production records and prepare shift reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and maintenance needs.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
- Handle emergencies and resolve operational problems during the shift.
