Job Description
Male candidate preferred from Ambattur in and around
Any graduate
Age upto 40 years
Review incoming orders, prepare dispatch documents (like bills of lading and invoices), and schedule daily transport.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct regular physical audits, and reconcile records with system entries.
Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), process inward and outward material registers, and coordinate deliveries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs using ERP systems or SAP, manage vendor bills, and handle gate passes.
Stock Organization: Organize warehouse racks, label items properly, and apply FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO methods.
Communicate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and accounts teams.
