Store In-charge / Senior Sales Executive – Ladies Wear

Blossoms Kids & Ladies Wear is looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-charge / Senior Sales Executive for our Doveton, Chennai store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally attend customers and actively generate sales

• Handle Ladies Casual Wear & Ethnic Wear sales

• Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets

• Improve customer conversion and average bill value

• Guide and supervise other sales staff

• Ensure staff discipline, punctuality and proper customer handling

• Maintain proper stock availability and coordinate replenishment

• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation

• Monitor billing, cash handling and daily closing activities

• Report daily sales, stock shortages and staff issues to management

• Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day store operations even when management is not present

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–6 years of retail/garment sales experience preferred

• Strong selling and customer-handling ability

• Ladieswear / Ethnic Wear experience is an advantage

• Experience handling a store or sales team is preferred

• Responsible, punctual and dependable

• Should be comfortable taking ownership of store operations

• Must be available on Saturdays, Sundays and during festival seasons

• Tamil communication is essential

• Basic English/Hindi is an advantage

• Candidates living near Doveton/Purasawalkam preferred

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month + Performance/Sales Incentives

Location: Blossoms – Purasawalkam, Chennai

Important: This is a hands-on retail position. The Store In-charge is expected to personally sell to customers as well as manage the day-to-day store operations.
