Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide direct patient care and monitor patients’ health conditions.
2.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
3.Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
4.Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
5.Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
6.Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
7.Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
8.Educate patients and attenders regarding care and treatment.
9.Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
Follow hospital policies, NABH standards and nursing protocols.
