Site Supervisor

Role Summary

Oversee day-to-day execution of fit-out and interior projects on site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities: civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring

Coordinate and manage workers, carpenters, and subcontractors

Read and implement architectural, MEP, and shop drawings accurately

Track progress against the project schedule and report delays to the Project Manager

Check material quality and quantity on delivery; maintain material usage records

Ensure workmanship matches approved drawings, finishes, and specifications

Enforce site safety rules, PPE use, and housekeeping

Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) with photos, manpower, and material logs

Verify measurements for contractor billing and support RA bill preparation

Coordinate with clients, designers, and consultants during site visits

Manage snag lists and complete handover with punch-list closure

Handle site security, tools, and equipment

Required Qualifications

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Interior/Mechanical (or ITI with strong experience)

3-6 years in commercial or residential fit-out/interior execution (restaurant/retail fit-out experience preferred)

Skills

Good drawing-reading and measurement skills

Knowledge of interior materials, joinery, and finishing standards

Basic MEP coordination knowledge

Working knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic AutoCAD (a plus)

Strong team management and communication in Tamil,Kannada, English, and/or Hindi

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Compensation

₹15,000 to ₹20000 per month, based on experience (adjust as needed)
