Job Description

4 to 8 years of Quality Engineering / Testing experience. Minimum 2–3 years in Insurance applications. Experience handling business-facing onsite roles. Experience working with distributed delivery and vendor teams. Requirement defects identified before development. Test coverage and quality gate compliance. Reduction in production defect leakage. On-time ST/SIT/UAT/release certification. Business stakeholder satisfaction. Improvement in Production Quality KPIs.  The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality assurance across Non-Motor Insurance applications by embedding quality practices throughout the SDLC lifecycle. The role will support Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing, release quality certification, stakeholder governance, and production quality improvement initiatives. Tester will be primarily working on the below applications with the flexibility to work in other applications on need basis.
