Job Description
Job Title: Security Field Officer
Job Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced Security Field Officer to manage security guards, inspect client sites, ensure attendance, and maintain smooth operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Site Inspection: Daily visits to client locations to check guard duty, uniform, and discipline.
- Attendance & Roster: Prepare shift rosters and manage daily guard attendance.
- Manpower Management: Handle absenteeism and immediately arrange relief guards (relievers).
- Training: Train new guards on site rules, safety protocols, and visitor management.
- Client Relations: Address client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily Reporting: Submit field visit logs and daily attendance reports to management.
