Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a field sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales of Health Insurance products and generate new business.
  • Monitor daily field sales activities, lead generation, customer visits, and conversions.
  • Recruit, train, and guide team members to improve sales performance.
  • Manage team productivity and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Maintain sales reports and customer details using CRM software.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support the team in closing sales.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with prior Field Sales Team Leader experience mandatory.
  • Candidates from any sales industry or background can apply.
  • Good team-handling, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and field sales operations.
  • Target-oriented with strong sales and team management abilities.
