About the RoleColorsvally Graphic Solution is looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our international client base, primarily by connecting with businesses in the USA and other global markets.

The role will focus on identifying potential clients, reaching out through email, LinkedIn and phone calls, introducing our services, generating qualified leads, and following up with prospects to convert opportunities into long-term clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential international clients.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online research and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce our graphic design and production artwork services professionally.
• Send marketing emails and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Schedule calls/meetings with interested clients.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Work toward monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Our ServicesWe provide vector artwork, embroidery digitizing, customer proofs, mockups, color separations, production artwork, creative design and other graphic design support for apparel, promotional products, screen printing and embroidery businesses.

• Candidate RequirementsGood spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with international/US clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing and lead generation.
• Comfortable with email, LinkedIn and phone-based outreach.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Previous B2B sales or international voice-process experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Candidates comfortable working with US business hours/night shifts are preferred.
