• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Guide team members on lead generation, follow-ups, counselling, and conversion.
• Track daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales closures.
• Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Train and mentor new team members on sales processes and product knowledge.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with HR, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and business development.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Preferred ProfileCandidates with experience in Education/Training, Real Estate, Matrimonial, Banking, or similar sales industries are preferred.
• Experience handling a sales team will be an added advantage.
