Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and benefits.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
