Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Executive to handle sales coordination and administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings/follow-ups
• Support the sales team in lead management and client communication
• Maintain customer database and update reports regularly
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
• Manage office administration and daily operational tasks
• Handle emails, data entry, and filing work
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Assist in basic social media or promotional activities if required

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong organizational , convincing and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as a team
