Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and recommend suitable TVS models.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of two-wheelers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the showroom management.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, calls, and digital inquiries.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new models, and competitor products.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth post-sale process.
