Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with sales skills to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, generate business opportunities, and support the sales process from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, technical/service teams, and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits and assess technical requirements wherever necessary.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Stay updated on product features, market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper coordination after sales to maintain customer satisfaction.
