Real Estate Sales Manager (Closing Manager) – Chennai

About the Role Propfinder is hiring a result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager (Closing Manager) to convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. You will handle site visits, negotiations, and the complete closing process for residential/commercial properties in Chennai.
- Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, and present project details with confidence
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close deals effectively
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is closed
- Coordinate with the pre-sales/telecalling team for lead handover and feedback
- Assist clients with documentation, agreement, and payment formalities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM
- Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or closing
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market and localities
- Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
- Willing to travel for site visits
- Own vehicle preferred
