Job Description

Core Duties:

Find & Contact Clients

  • Call or email interested buyers who inquire about properties.
  • Connect with local agents and networks to get new sales leads.

Show Properties

  • Take clients on property tours (site visits).
  • Answer questions about layout, price, location, and nearby facilities.

Negotiate & Close Deals

  • Discuss prices and payment plans between buyers and sellers.
  • Address buyer concerns and encourage them to finalize the purchase.

Handle Paperwork

  • Collect buyer documents, booking forms, and initial payments.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to finish the sale contract.

Track Progress

  • Update client status and follow-ups in sales software (CRM).
  • Keep track of rival property prices in the same area.
