Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of assigned hostel branches.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

Supervise branch managers, wardens, housekeeping, security, kitchen, and maintenance staff.

Monitor room occupancy, admissions, move-ins, and move-outs.

Resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, rooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and CCTV technicians.

Monitor utility consumption, including electricity, water, and LPG.

Ensure compliance with hostel policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Monitor budgets and control operating expenses.

Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service contracts.

Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on pending payments.

Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Implement measures to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
