Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and wire harness assembly.

Operate production machines and tools safely and correctly.

Follow work instructions, drawings, samples, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Check dimensions, crimp quality, connector assembly, and visual appearance.

Perform basic quality inspection during production.

Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage.

Identify and report defective materials, machine problems, and quality issues to the supervisor.

Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness, and organization at the workstation.

Follow safety procedures and company rules.

Record production quantities and rejection details accurately.

Support other production activities as assigned by the supervisor.
