Job Description
Job Summary:
Picker is responsible for accurately locating products in the warehouse, picking items based on customer orders, and ensuring orders are prepared for packing and shipping while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Follow electronic instructions to locate and retrieve items.
- Verify item accuracy and quantities before sending orders to packing.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy targets.
- Inspect items for damage or defects.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
