Job Description – Operations Executive (Malaysia DMC) (B2B)

Operations Executive – Thailand & Malaysia DMC

 Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the complete ground operations for Thailand destinations. The role involves coordinating with transport providers, attractions, guides, and other suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences for B2B travel agents and their clients. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple bookings while maintaining excellent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end operations for Malaysia bookings.

* Coordinate with HO 

* Process booking confirmations, amendments and special requests.

* Prepare and issue travel vouchers, service confirmations, and documents.

* Monitor booking deadlines and ensure timely confirmations from agents.

* Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth handover of confirmed bookings.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in travel operations (Thailand preferred).

* Freshers with excellent destination knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Thailand destinations.

* Experience with hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and package bookings.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements

* Experience working with B2B travel agencies or Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

* Good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
