Job Description
- Prepare and fry starters, and other fried food items as per menu.
- Handle deep-frying, oil temperature, and cooking time properly.
- Maintain food quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Keep the frying area, utensils, and equipment clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours and maintain timely food preparation.
