Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Analyze client business operations, financials, and processes • Identify gaps in sales, marketing, operations, and management systems • Design and implement structured business frameworks (SOPs, dashboards, KPIs) • Develop strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency • Guide clients in building scalable systems and processes • Conduct regular review meetings and track performance metrics • Support clients in team management, accountability, and decision-making • Deliver presentations, reports, and actionable insights
Key Skills Required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Knowledge of business operations, sales, and finance • Ability to understand and simplify complex business challenges • Strong planning and execution mindset • Client handling and relationship management skills
Qualifications • MBA / MSW / BBA / Commerce / Engineering (preferred) • Perficient knowledge in MS Office and basic Ai Tools • Experience in Human Resource Department, Business Operations, or Management Roles is an advantage • Freshers with strong business acumen can also apply
