Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual to manage daily logistics, order dispatches, and assist with store sales. This role involves coordinating customer deliveries, quality-checking dispatches, running urgent errands on a two-wheeler, and supporting retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: Book transport vehicles (via Porter and local tempo services) for timely customer deliveries and warehouse stock movements.

Quality & Dispatch Checks: Verify all outgoing tile boxes, sanitaryware items, and bath fittings against invoices to ensure correct batch numbers, quantities, and damage-free material.

Field Errands & Urgent Drops: Use a two-wheeler to deliver small tile samples, pick up urgent stock or hardware from nearby vendors, and hand over invoices/documents.

Store Sales Assistance: Attend to walk-in clients, explain tile and bath product options, take orders, and follow up with customers via phone or WhatsApp.

Inventory Handling: Assist in monitoring daily shop stock, reporting low inventory, and keeping display areas organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

Vehicle & License: Must know how to drive and own a valid driving license.

App Familiarity: Hands-on experience using logistics booking apps (Porter, Uncle Delivery, etc.) and basic smartphone tools (Google Maps, WhatsApp).

Communication Skills: Good spoken Tamil; basic conversational English or Hindi is a plus.

Physical Capability: Comfortable handling tile samples and supervising warehouse loading/unloading.
