Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate with customers and transporters and support the smooth movement of loads for registered trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to understand their load requirements.
• Communicate with customers and negotiate to arrange suitable loads.
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely availability of loads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and transporters.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Develop connections with new customers for additional load requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of daily operations.
• Maintain proper records and updates related to customer and load coordination.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and work towards achieving performance targets.
• Handle day-to-day communication and coordination professionally.
