Job Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Understand customers' education loan requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Explain loan processes, eligibility, documentation, and other requirements to customers.
  • Collect and verify required documents from customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan application process.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer and application records.
  • Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
