Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month for Freshers
Experienced Candidates: Salary negotiable based on relevant experience and interview performance
Location: Vadapalani, Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding life insurance products and plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premium details clearly to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into business.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build good customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the life insurance telecalling/sales team.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Guide team members on customer handling, product explanation, and sales conversion.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and conversion activities.
- Provide regular coaching and support to improve team productivity.
- Track individual and team performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure achievement of business and sales targets.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
- Maintain proper CRM updates and ensure adherence to company processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or Team Handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
