Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify property documents, title deeds, and conduct legal due diligence.
  • Draft and review sale agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Handle property registration and coordinate with advocates and government authorities.
  • Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to applicable real estate laws.
  • Identify legal risks and maintain property documentation records.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and property documentation.
  • Experience in title verification, land records, and registration procedures.
  • Good drafting, communication, and coordination skills.

Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience in the real estate industry is required.
