Job Description

Develop and innovate dishes across TOVO’s signature infused chicken, burgers, wraps, rice bowls, biryani, gravies and sides.

Create new recipes and flavours aligned with TOVO’s contemporary global fusion food concept.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, portioning and recipe standards across outlets.

Conduct menu trials, food costing and product testing to improve profitability and customer appeal.

Collaborate with operations and management on menu launches, seasonal products and continuous culinary innovation.
