Import Export Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven EXIM Sales and Marketing Executive to manage and expand our global client base.

The role involves end-to-end sales process management – from lead generation to order execution – and building long-term relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

 Generate export leads through online platforms, trade shows, and digital campaigns.

 Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with timely communication and service.

 Handle export documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading coordination.

 Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for on-time order fulfillment.

 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping schedules with global buyers.

 Collaborate with digital marketing to run region-specific campaigns and analyze global trends.

 Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and export-import documentation requirements.

 Prepare periodic sales reports and market performance updates. 

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field.

 1+ years of experience in EXIM sales, international marketing, or a similar role.

 Sound knowledge of export-import regulations, documentation, and procedures.

 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation software/tools.
