Job Description

Oversee daily hub operations including sorting, dispatch and last-mile delivery to ensure timely fulfilment.

Manage hiring, onboarding, training and deployment of riders/delivery associates.

Monitor key metrics like on-time delivery rate, success rate, cost per delivery and return-to-origin (RTO).

Allocate manpower, plan shifts and ensure rider productivity meets targets.

Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to avoid delivery delays.

Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, rider documentation and fleet/vehicle standards.

Maintain daily MIS reports, dashboards and track performance of hub & riders.

Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service and vendor teams to keep flows smooth.

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve service quality.

Lead and motivate your team and riders, fostering high accountability and a customer-first mindset.
