Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and release offer letters and collect joining documents.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
