Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Requirement Understanding: Meet with hiring managers to define job duties, required experience, and salary budgets for non-technical positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings and search for profiles on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidate communication, interest level, and notice period.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds of interviews between candidates and department heads, and follow up for feedback.
  • Offer Negotiation: Discuss salary expectations, benefits, and joining dates to close candidates successfully.
  • Onboarding & Tracking: Manage offer rollouts, document collection, and update recruitment trackers or MIS reports.
