Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Assist in candidate engagement and onboarding coordination.
- Learn and understand the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
