Job Description
HR Executive – Car Showroom (Ambattur)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, and showroom staff.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and assist in performance management.
Requirements:
- Any Degree/MBA in HR preferred.
- 0.6–1 year of HR experience.
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.
