Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate salary processing and payroll-related activities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate staff meetings, events, and employee engagement.
- Manage HR software, employee data, and statutory documentation.
- Handle office administration, stationery, and housekeeping requirements.
