Field Supervisor

ZepNest Services Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-enabled home services company providing reliable and professional home maintenance services across Chennai.

We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate our field technicians and daily service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign daily service jobs to technicians.
• Track technician attendance, location and job status.
• Coordinate with customers and technicians to ensure timely service.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle technician replacements and urgent service requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners.
• Verify job completion, photos, reports and payments.
• Maintain daily operations reports.
• Support the founder/team in managing day-to-day field operations.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in field service / technician / home services operations.
• Experience with AC, electrical, plumbing or appliance services is preferred.
• Good communication in Tamil; basic English is sufficient.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile applications.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Should be responsible, punctual and willing to travel across Chennai.
