Job Description

Position: Field Service Executive

Industry: Solar Energy

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer sites for installation, service and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot basic solar/electrical issues.
  • Inspect panels, inverters, batteries and wiring.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide support.
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
  • Prepare site/service reports.
  • Travel to different customer locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical/solar systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
