Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive (BDM)
We are hiring Field Sales Executives (BDM) for a field-based sales role. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand merchant requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Explain the benefits of digital advertising, customer reach, visibility and lead generation.
• Negotiate with prospects and close sales.
• Support merchants with onboarding, account setup and initial campaign activation.
• Coordinate with support teams for smooth lead closure.
• Achieve daily/weekly visit targets and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and merchant feedback records in CRM.
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Comfortable with daily field visits.
• Bike and Android Phone are mandatory.
