Field Sales Executive

* Conduct daily field visits and door-to-door business development activities.

* Identify independent villas, premium bungalows and residential projects under construction.

* Visit gated communities, premium plotted layouts and newly developed residential areas.

* Approach prospective customers professionally and introduce the company’s services.

* Build relationships with architects, civil contractors, builders, site engineers and property developers.

* Generate leads for complete home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture and turnkey

projects.

* Identify construction projects approaching the interior execution stage.

* Collect project details, including location, construction stage, expected completion date and customer

requirements.

* Coordinate appointments with the design and business team.

* Maintain daily field visit reports and follow-up schedules.

* Support client meetings, site inspections and sales closure activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in construction product sales, building materials, modular furniture or related field sales.

* Strong direct sales, door-to-door prospecting and lead-generation skills.

* Good knowledge of Chennai’s residential construction market.

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; willingness to travel extensively.

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

* Basic understanding of residential construction stages and interior requirements.
