🔥 Key Responsibilities• Generate new business leads and acquire clients in the assigned area

• Meet businesses personally and promote Career Fairy India’s recruitment services

• Handle field marketing activities for recruitment in the assigned area

• Identify companies/businesses with current and upcoming manpower requirements

• Build strong relationships with local businesses and HRs

• Conduct local promotional activities to generate employer & manpower requirements

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into clients

• Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets

✅ Requirements• Bike & Valid Driving Licence, laptop – Mandatory 🏍️

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Comfortable with extensive field work

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Willing to travel within the assigned Chennai area

• Sales/Marketing/Recruitment experience preferred
